When making tomato and mushroom soup, you can prepare several small red and yellow tomatoes, and also prepare 100 grams of mushrooms, two eggs and three garlic sprouts, as well as a small amount of salt, sesame oil and chicken essence.

1. Wash the prepared tomatoes with clean water, then cut them in half with a knife and set aside.

2. Wash the mushrooms, drain the water, and tear them into small pieces by hand. Wash the garlic sprouts, cut them into sections, and set aside.

3. Put oil in a wok, heat it, add tomatoes and stir-fry, then add the processed mushrooms and stir-fry for about two minutes, finally add water.

4. Heat the pot and bring it to a boil, then add a small amount of table salt, crack the eggs into a bowl to make egg liquid, and then pour it into the pot to make egg flowers.

5. Put the chopped garlic sprouts directly into the pot, add a small amount of sesame oil and chicken essence for seasoning. After mixing well, take out and put it in a bowl, then eat it with big mouthfuls.

6. If you don’t have the yellow tomatoes I use at home, you can directly use red tomatoes instead. Before using, it is best to blanch them in boiling water, remove the skin, and then cut them into pieces before making soup.
