When making homemade nut spinach, in addition to preparing 500 grams of fresh spinach, you also need to prepare a variety of nuts, such as peanut kernels, cashews and almonds, etc., in appropriate amounts. In addition, prepare a few cloves of garlic, a small amount of salt, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil and chili oil.

Specific steps for homemade nut spinach

1. Pick the prepared spinach, then put water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then blanch the spinach in the pot. After the spinach changes color, take it out and rinse it with cold water, then cut it into sections and put it in a bowl for later use.

2. Pour oil into the pot, then add the peanut kernels and stir-fry. Remember to use medium or low heat until the peanut kernels are fragrant. Take them out and let them cool, then put them into the bowl with spinach.
