How to make Fuzhou carrot cake

1. Wash the prepared white radish with clean water, then use a grater to cut it into thin strips for later use.

2. Add salt and pepper to the chopped radish, then put the prepared rice flour in, mix well, prepare a container, and apply some cooking oil inside the container.

3. Put the seasoned shredded radish into a container, then steam it in a steamer. Steam it for about half an hour after the water boils, and the radish cake in the pot will be ready.

4. Take out the steamed white radish cake and cut it into slices. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and put the radish cake slices into the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.
