How to make Korean spinach salad

1. Clean the prepared spinach, wash it with clean water, then drain the water and cut it into small pieces for later use. Wash the red pepper and cut it into thin strips for later use.

2. Put clean water in the pot, then add a small amount of salt. After boiling, blanch the chopped spinach in the boiling water and take it out after one minute.

3. Drain the water from the blanched spinach, put it in a seasoning bowl, and then add the prepared seasonings in appropriate amounts according to your taste. At this time, you should pay attention to fry the prepared sesame seeds in a pan, and then crush them into powder before adding them to the spinach.
