How to make tofu with green onions

1. Cut the selected tofu into pieces. It should be noted that it is best to choose built-in tofu, which will make the scallion tofu taste more delicate. Then put the cut tofu into small pieces into the pot, boil it with boiling water, then pour in the tofu soup and wait for about one minute. Then take it out and set it aside for later use.

2. Wash the garlic, flatten it with a knife and chop it into pieces. Then pour some olive oil into the pot. Olive oil is chosen here because it contains less fat and is better for human health. Then preheat the olive oil in the pot, add the chopped garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, and then turn off the heat.

3. Pour the prepared tofu into a bowl, then pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, not too much.
