Steps for stir-frying water spinach

1. Wash all the prepared water spinach in clean water, then take it out to drain the water, and then cut it into sections from the middle for later use. Peel the garlic, and then mince it for later use. Then wash the dried red pepper with clean water and cut it into small sections for later use.

2. Heat the wok and dry it, then add cooking oil and heat it to 70% hot. Then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the chopped dried red pepper into the wok and fry for a while.

3. Turn the heat to maximum, pour the water spinach into the pot, stir-fry quickly, and after the water spinach becomes soft, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

4. Turn off the heat immediately after stir-frying, then put it on a plate and serve. When stir-frying water spinach, remember to stir-fry it quickly over high heat. If you stir-fry it for too long, it will turn black, and the dish will not only be unsightly, but also lose nutrients.
