1. Wash the prepared green radish and white radish with clean water, then remove the skin, and then remove their ends and set aside.

2. Cut the green radish and white radish into the shapes you like. If you have tools, you can cut them into various patterns.

3. Put the chopped radish into a larger bowl. Then put in the rock sugar, white vinegar and peppercorns, and finally add salt. The amount of salt should not be too much. If it is too salty, the pickled green radish will not taste good.

4. After adding all the seasonings, mix well and set aside to marinate. After about three or four hours, the green radish will be flavorful and taste sour and sweet and especially delicious.
