1. Ingredients for mushroom sauce: 20kg garlic, 15kg shallot, 50kg diced onion, 50kg chopped tomato, 20kg mushroom slices, 1 spoon cornstarch, 2 spoon tomato sauce, a little thyme (or 13 spices, 18 spices), some black pepper, some sugar, some salt, 500cc broth

2. How to make mushroom sauce: 1) Heat the pan first, then add oil, then cut the garlic and shallots into slices, put them into the pan and sauté, then add the tomatoes, then add the diced onions, and stir-fry over low heat for about 2 minutes.

2) Next, add the mushroom slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add thyme, tomato sauce, etc., stir well and stir-fry until the mushroom slices are cooked and soft.

3) Pour the broth in and mix together for 5 minutes. Add black pepper, sugar and salt for seasoning and bring to a boil. It is ready to be served. Clean and disinfect it, then bottle and seal it to sterilize the mushroom sauce more thoroughly.

4) You can also put the bottle in boiling water for another two minutes. This will sterilize it more thoroughly and you don’t have to worry about it going bad. After it cools down, you can store it in the refrigerator.
