2. How to make authentic Hakka bitter melon: 1) First, prepare about 150 grams of black-eyed peas and soak them for more than half an hour in advance. Then, wash three or four bitter melons and cut them into sections. One melon can be cut into three or four sections.

2) Then remove the contents of the bitter gourd, chop the pork belly into minced meat, and then add seasonings and marinate it. This will make it taste better.
