Oyster mushroom

It is the fruiting body of the fungus Cokky-biaradiciata (Rekh. exFr.) Quek. of the phylum Fungi. The cap is 2.5-11.5 cm wide, hemispherical to flat, light brown or dark brown, and smooth. The flesh is white and thin, tender, soft and smooth, and delicious. It is reported to have a certain anti-cancer effect.

How to eat long root mushroom

Roasted Root Mushroom

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 500 grams of fresh long root mushrooms, 25 grams of bamboo shoots.

2. Seasoning: refined salt, MSG, soy sauce, wet starch, chopped green onion, lard, broth.

2. Preparation method:

Remove impurities from the long root mushroom, clean it, and tear it into pieces. Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add long root mushrooms, refined salt, MSG, soy sauce, broth, and bamboo shoots. After boiling, simmer until the long root mushrooms are cooked through and flavored, thicken with wet starch, and serve.

Note: Oyster mushroom is rich in nutrients and has certain anti-cancer effects. Shoot slices can strengthen the stomach and digestion, and relieve gas. It can be used as a health dish for patients with diabetes, urinary problems, gastrointestinal distension, cancer, etc.

Stir-fried oyster mushroom with vegetables

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 250 grams of fresh enoki mushrooms and 250 grams of green vegetables.

2. Seasoning: salt, MSG, chopped green onion, and lard.

2. Preparation method:

1. Remove the impurities from the long root mushrooms, clean them and slice them. Remove the impurities from the green vegetables, clean them and cut them into sections.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add the long root mushroom and stir-fry for a few times, add the green vegetables and salt and stir-fry until well-flavored, add the seasoning, stir well and serve.

Note: Long root mushroom is served with green vegetables that can relieve fever, relieve restlessness and promote digestion. It can be used as a health dish for patients with lung heat cough, constipation, erysipelas, cancer and other diseases.

Stewed Chicken with Oyster Mushroom

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 200 grams of fresh enoki mushrooms, 1 hen (about 1500 grams).

2. Seasoning: cooking wine, salt, MSG, soy sauce, scallion segments, and ginger slices.

2. Preparation method:

1. Remove impurities from the long root mushrooms, clean and tear into slices. Kill the chicken, remove the hair and internal organs, clean it, blanch it in boiling water, and remove it from the water and wash away the blood.

2. Put the chicken and appropriate amount of water in the pot, cook over high heat, skim off the foam, add cooking wine, salt, MSG, soy sauce, green onion and ginger, then simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked. Add the enoki mushrooms and continue to simmer until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the pot and serve in a bowl.

Note: Long root mushrooms with chicken, which warms the middle and replenishes qi, nourishes the marrow and essence, can provide the human body with rich nutrients such as protein, fat, minerals, vitamins, etc. It is used to treat symptoms such as asthenia, poor appetite, metrorrhagia, edema, frequent urination, and cancer.

Stir-fried pork with long root mushroom

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 250 grams of fresh enoki mushrooms and 200 grams of pork.

2. Seasoning: Kohler wine, refined salt, MSG, soy sauce, chopped green onion, and shredded ginger.

2. Preparation method:

1. Remove impurities from the long root mushrooms, clean and cut into strips. Wash the pork and cut into strips.

2. Heat the pan, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until water is boiled, add cooking wine and soy sauce, add salt, scallion and ginger, stir-fry until the meat is cooked, add long root mushrooms and appropriate amount of water, stir-fry until the pork is cooked through, add MSG and stir well, remove from the pan and serve.

Note: Oyster mushroom contains nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, etc., and has anti-cancer effects. Pork has the effects of nourishing yin, moistening dryness, replenishing kidney yin and replenishing deficiency. It can cure emaciation, dry cough, constipation, malnutrition, cancer and other diseases.
