How to make tofu with tomato sauce

1. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin, and cut into cubes. Cut the tofu into cubes and sprinkle some salt on them.

2. Add oil to the pan, fry the tofu cubes slowly until both sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside. Add oil to the pan again.
