Ingredients for curry broccoli

300g broccoli, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp salad oil, 1 tsp curry powder, 60cc water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chicken powder

How to make curry broccoli

1. Remove the hard stems of broccoli, cut into small pieces and wash; chop the garlic and set aside.

2.Put the cauliflower in boiling water and blanch for about 2 minutes. Drain the water and place on a plate for later use.

3. Pour salad oil into a hot pan, sauté minced garlic over low heat, then add curry powder and stir-fry briefly. Finally, add water, salt and chicken powder and cook until boiling to make the curry sauce.

4. Pour the curry sauce from step 3 directly onto the broccoli from step 2.
