Tofu with tomato sauce is one of my favorite dishes. I often ask my mother to make it for me at home. Today I made it myself and it tasted pretty good. Here I will tell you how to make it:

Tofu, tomato sauce, starch, white vinegar.

Tofu with tomato sauce steps

Step 1: Cut the tofu into large pieces of 5cm square. Be gentle when cutting and don't cut it into pieces. Be very careful.

Step 2: Put the cut tofu into a plate with dry starch, and pat the tofu with your hands to make sure the starch evenly covers the tofu. Your hands must be dry, otherwise they will stick and cause the tofu to break. I was running low on starch at home, so I forgot to buy some.

Step 3: Add more oil to the pan and turn to medium heat when it is 70% hot. Pour in the tofu cubes coated with flour and stir slowly in the pan with a large spoon while frying so that the tofu will not stick together. When the tofu cubes are fried into golden brown, remove them, drain the oil and place them on a plate.

Step 4: Stir-fry the sauce, leave a little oil in the pan, just a little, pour in the tomato sauce, it doesn't matter if you pour more. Pour in white vinegar and add some sugar. I don't know why I add white vinegar, maybe it's for seasoning. My chef friend only knows how to teach me how to do it. When I asked him why, he didn't know either.

Step 5: Turn off the heat and stir, then pour it over the fried tofu.

Step 6: If you want to do it, practice more. I also need to practice more. No one is born knowing how to cook! So sometimes strangers can have a big influence on us. I hope that I, a stranger, can influence many people born in the 1980s to learn how to cook a few simple dishes. This is not too much.

In the hot summer, people have a loss of appetite. Eating tomatoes mixed with sugar and tomato soup can relieve summer heat, increase appetite, and help digestion.
