Tea Tree Mushroom Mixed with Wakame

Ingredients for Tea Tree Mushroom Mixed with Kelp

Agrocybe agrocybe and wakame

Green pepper and red pepper

White sesame and minced ginger

Maggi sauce with Sichuan pepper oil

How to cook tea tree mushroom and wakame

1. Soak the purchased wakame in water for 2 to 3 hours. Wash the wakame and cut it into thick strips for later use.

2. Wash the tea tree mushrooms and cut them into 5 cm long segments for later use

3. Cut the green and red peppers into small circles and stir-fry with a little oil for later use

4. Put the white sesame seeds in the oven and bake until cooked.

5. Pour water into a clean pot and heat it. When the water boils, put the tea tree mushrooms in and blanch them. After they are cooked, remove them and drain the water. Then put the wakame in and blanch it for about 15 seconds and remove it and drain the water.

6. Take a large bowl and put the tea tree mushroom, kelp, green and red peppers in. Season with a little Maggi sauce, a little salt, a little mushroom essence, minced ginger (or shredded ginger), pepper oil and sesame oil. Mix well and sprinkle with roasted white sesame seeds.

Recommended wakame recipe: wakame purple rice porridge

Ingredients: 1/2 cup rice 2 tablespoons purple rice

2 tablespoons millet 2 tablespoons wakame

3 slices of ginger

1. Wash rice, purple rice and millet and put them into the pot

2. Add 3 slices of ginger and water, and add it according to the thickness you like when cooking porridge.

3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, skim off the foam on the surface of the water with a spoon, cover with a lid and simmer for about 30 minutes

4. Soak the wakame in clean water, add it to the porridge, and continue to simmer until it becomes as thick and soft as you like.

Tips

Wakame and kelp should be relatives. If you don't have them, you can soak kelp and cut it into small pieces to cook porridge. However, the soaking time of kelp is longer, so you need to soak it in advance.
