Cumin Soft Fried Lentil Box Method/Steps

Remove the old threads at both ends and sides of the lentils.

Wash and open one side of the lentils. Do not remove the lentils inside, leave them inside.

Chop pork, green onions, ginger and garlic into minced meat.

Add appropriate amount of refined salt, chicken essence, seasoning, five-spice powder, pepper powder, light soy sauce and sesame oil to the minced meat, stir and marinate for 10 minutes.
