1. Mushroom

The cap is small, poorly differentiated, and the stem is long. The reason for this is that during the period of primordium formation and differentiation, the mushroom house lacks oxygen, light is insufficient, and the temperature is high, which affects the normal differentiation and development of the cap. Prevention and control methods: Strengthen ventilation, adjust light and temperature.

2. Oyster Mushroom

The main symptoms of the mushroom cap are that there are many granular protrusions on the edge, light color, stiff cap, and slow growth. In severe cases, the mushroom cap is poorly differentiated and irregular in shape. The reason is that the temperature of the mushroom body is too low and the duration of the mushroom body is too long, resulting in the imbalance of the growth of the inner and outer layer cells. Prevention and control methods: adjust the temperature of the mushroom house to be above the minimum temperature limit of the growth of Oyster mushroom and have a certain temperature difference to promote the growth, development and differentiation of the mushroom body.

3. Cauliflower Mushroom

The mushroom looks like cauliflower, with many branches. The initial primordium is egg-shaped, swollen, raised, and undifferentiated. There are many branches in the later stage. The reason is that the mushroom bed or mushroom house is sprayed with high concentrations of pesticides before or during the fruiting period, especially "Dichlorvos". Young mushrooms are extremely sensitive and are most likely to cause this disease. It may also be that the mushroom house contains other harmful gases, such as excessively high carbon dioxide concentrations, sulfur dioxide released by coal burning, etc. Prevention and control methods: Use pesticides with caution in the mushroom house, and the concentration should not be too high when used. Especially during the fruiting period, it is absolutely not allowed to use Dichlorvos. Strengthen ventilation to expel harmful gases.

4. Shrinking Mushroom

The mushroom body is normal at the beginning, but turns yellow, edematous or shrunken during the expansion period, stops growing, and finally becomes soft and rotten. The reason for the edema is that the humidity is too high or too much water is sprayed directly on the young mushroom body, causing the mushroom tissue to absorb water, affecting respiration and metabolism, and stopping growth and dying. The shrinkage is because the relative humidity of the air is low, the ventilation is too strong, and the wind blows directly on the mushroom body, causing the oyster mushroom to lose water and die. Or the culture medium is malnourished, after a large number of primordia are formed, some grow rapidly, and the rest stagnate due to insufficient nutrition supply. Prevention and control measures: control the humidity between 80-85%, do not spray water on the young mushroom body, and do not let the wind blow directly on the mushroom body. Reasonably proportion the culture medium ingredients. A small number of shrunken mushrooms are due to the degeneration of the strain, and the symptoms are that the cap is curled, yellowed, and shrunken before it grows large enough. Prevention and control methods: choose excellent varieties.

5. Coral Mushroom

The primordium is abnormally differentiated, loose, with many small branches, and looks like coral. The reason is that when the primordium occurs, there is severe poor ventilation, extremely weak light, and lack of nitrogen source. Prevention and control methods: strengthen ventilation, adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio, and increase nitrogen source.
