Papaya is a tropical fruit. The vitamin C content in papaya is 48 times that of apple. With the digestive ability of papaya enzyme, it can expel toxins from the body as quickly as possible and refresh the skin from the inside out. The papaya enzyme contained in papaya can promote skin metabolism, help dissolve the sebum and aging keratin accumulated in the pores, and make the skin look brighter and fresher. Papaya is also rich in carotene, which is a natural antioxidant that can effectively fight the oxidation of cells throughout the body and destroy the oxygen free radicals that accelerate the aging of the human body. Therefore, papaya has the effect of beauty and skin care and delaying aging.

Eating papaya regularly can calm the liver and stomach, relax muscles and tendons, soften blood vessels, have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, resist aging and beautify the skin, fight cancer and prevent cancer, and enhance physical fitness. It is a nutritious fruit that has many benefits and no harm.

How to make papaya jelly

1. Peel and seed the papaya, take out the flesh and cut it into cubes.

2. Put the papaya pulp into a blender and blend it into pulp paste for later use.

3. Add 100 grams of cold water to a milk pan, add the agar that has been softened (about 5 minutes) and washed in advance and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the agar is completely melted.
