The papaya enzyme contained in papaya can promote skin metabolism, help dissolve the sebum and aging keratin accumulated in the pores, and make the skin look brighter and fresher. Papaya is also rich in carotene, which is a natural antioxidant that can effectively fight the oxidation of cells throughout the body and destroy the oxygen free radicals that accelerate the aging of the human body. Therefore, papaya has the effect of beauty and skin care and delaying aging.

It is a nutritious fruit that has many benefits and no harm.
