Honey Juice King Oyster Mushroom

Main material: King Oyster Mushroom

practice:

1. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into 1cm thick slices. Use the tip of a knife to make lines to make it easier to absorb the flavor.

2. Mix 1 spoon of honey, 1 spoon of cooking wine, half spoon of sesame oil, a little soy sauce, and appropriate amount of salt and pepper to make a seasoning sauce;

3. Arrange the king oyster mushrooms in a frying pan, pour the sauce evenly on them, and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients: King Oyster Mushroom

Accessories: Butter, oyster sauce, mixed herbs (or black pepper)

Production steps:

1. Clean the king oyster mushrooms and carve a net-like pattern on them with a knife, with a depth of about half a centimeter;

2. Cut the king oyster mushroom into pieces;

3. Place in a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 4 minutes;

King Oyster Mushroom in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients: King Oyster Mushroom, Egg, Flour

Accessories: Oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, cornstarch water

Production steps:

1. Wash the abalone mushrooms and cut into inch-long pieces.

2. An egg and a small amount of flour.

3. Beat the eggs and mix the flour into a paste.
