Shiitake mushrooms are a kind of fungal vegetable that many people love to eat, and my favorite is shiitake mushrooms stewed with tofu.

How to eat mushrooms

Mushroom stewed with tofu

1. Raw materials

1. Main ingredients: 250 grams of fresh mushrooms, 500 grams of tofu.

2. Seasoning: salt, MSG, chopped green onion, garlic slices, and lard.

2. Preparation method:

1. Remove the mushrooms, clean and tear into strips. Put the tofu into boiling water and blanch for a while, then remove and cut into small pieces.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tofu, mushrooms, salt, MSG and appropriate amount of water, and stew until the tofu and mushrooms are well-seasoned.

Note: Shiitake mushrooms contain a variety of nutrients. This dish, paired with tofu, which can replenish qi and harmonize the middle, promote the production of body fluids and moisten dryness, and eliminate heat and detoxify, can provide rich nutrients for the human body. "Food and Materia Medica" states that tofu "relaxes the middle and replenishes qi, and harmonizes the spleen and stomach." "Materia Medica Seeking Truth" states that it "treats gastritis shock and internal heat stagnation." It can be used to treat ulcer bleeding, vomiting blood, black stools and other symptoms caused by gastric and duodenal ulcers. It can be used as a nutritious dish for patients with postpartum milk deficiency, abdominal distension, vomiting and other diseases caused by spleen and stomach deficiency.

Mushroom Stewed Chicken

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 500 grams of fresh mushrooms, 1 hen (about 1500 grams).

2. Seasoning: cooking wine, salt, MSG, soy sauce, scallion segments, and ginger slices.

1. Remove the impurities from the mushrooms, clean them and tear them into pieces. Kill the chicken, remove the hair and internal organs, blanch it in boiling water, and then remove it and wash away the blood.

Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms

1. Raw materials

1. Main ingredients: 250 grams of fresh mushrooms and 5 eggs.

2. Seasoning: salt, MSG, soy sauce, chopped green onion, and lard.

1. Wash and chop the mushrooms. Put the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the eggs and allspice and stir-fry, add salt, soy sauce, MSG and appropriate amount of water and stir-fry until cooked, then serve.

Stir-fried beef with mushrooms

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredients: 250 grams of fresh mushrooms, 150 grams of cooked beef.

2. Seasoning: cooking wine, refined salt, MSG, soy sauce, chopped green onion, ginger slices, and wet starch.

2. Preparation method:

1. Remove impurities from the mushrooms, clean them and tear them into slices. Slice the beef.

2. Heat the pan, add the beef slices and stir-fry until the water is dry, add cooking wine and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry, add salt and appropriate amount of water and stir-fry until the beef is well-flavored, add the mushrooms and stir-fry until they are well-flavored, thicken with wet starch, add MSG, stir well and serve.

Note: Beef is sweet and warm in nature. Every 100 grams of beef contains 20.1 grams of protein, a variety of amino acids needed by the human body, and 10.2 grams of fat. It has the effects of calming the stomach, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and strengthening bones and tendons. It is paired with mushrooms to make fried beef with mushrooms.
