Main ingredients: 200g beef, 150g enoki mushrooms, 150g broccoli, 50g green and red peppers, 50g vermicelli, 50g onions. Toppings: oil, salt, onion, ginger, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic

Steps for making golden needle beef

1 Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little salt, cook the broccoli and set aside.

2 Blanch the enoki mushrooms until cooked.

3 Scoop out and spread on the bottom of the plate.

4 Put oil in the pot and sauté chopped green onion, minced ginger and some minced garlic.
