One coriander and a small piece of white radish

1. Mix cornmeal, bean flour and gluten flour and mix with warm water to form a ball

2. Add peas to the dough and mix well.

3. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and white radish and cut them into small pieces. Cut the bean curd into thin strips and chop the coriander.

4. Use chopsticks or a spoon to pick up lumps about the size of peanuts from the edge of the pot and put them into a pot of boiling water and cook over medium heat. You can also pull them with your hands.

5. Add potato cubes and white radish and cook for a while, then add carrot cubes and bean curd skin until the dish can be pierced through with chopsticks.
