Steps/Methods for making pickled radish

  1. Wash the radish, cut into small pieces without peeling, and dry
  2. Zhuhai's winter is relatively dry. After two days, it became like this. Put it in a fresh-keeping box.

  3. Add sugar, a little salt, white wine, and the unused Jiujiang double distilled wine.
  4. Chop the peppers, open the lid, pour all the chopped peppers on the radish, and mix evenly.

  5. Seal it tightly and store it in the refrigerator for a week before eating.
