How to make radish kimchi

After watching too many Korean dramas, people have become more fond of eating kimchi. Here is a method of making radish kimchi.

Radish kimchi ingredients

3 white radishes , 40-75 grams of mountain celery , 300 grams of minced garlic , 6 scallions, 40 grams of minced ginger, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons of fish sauce , 1/2 tablespoon of salt

How to make radish kimchi

1. Wash the white radish, peel it and cut it into 2 cm cubes. Sprinkle a little salt on it, mix well and marinate for 2 hours. Drain the water.

2. Wash and cut green onions and wild celery into sections for later use.

3. Put all the ingredients and seasonings into a container and mix well. Seal it and refrigerate it for 3 days before eating.
