Wild vegetable cultivation technology

As people pay more attention to wild vegetables in life, the wild vegetables grown naturally in nature have been in short supply. Therefore, many areas have begun to cultivate wild vegetables artificially. Although wild vegetables do not have high requirements for the growing environment, there are still some technical factors in artificial cultivation. The following editor will take you to learn about the wild vegetable cultivation techniques.

Wild vegetable cultivation technology

1. Dandelion is one of the wild vegetables that people like to eat. The tender leaves and young stems of this wild vegetable are edible for humans. When cultivated, about three grams can be sown per square meter of land. After the seedlings emerge, seven hundred to one thousand seedlings can be maintained per square meter. After it grows thin seedlings, keep the soil moist. Water it before winter comes to freeze it. It will not be harvested in the year of sowing, but can be collected in large quantities in the spring of the following year.

2. When cultivating Purslane artificially, you can collect seeds from wild Purslane and grow seedlings yourself, or you can dig plants in the wild and plant them directly. After planting, you need to remove the flower buds to allow it to grow more new branches. If you want to cultivate it for many years, you can reserve some flower buds in the autumn and they will grow naturally in the second year. The small leaves that grow are tender and thick, and the quality is excellent.

3. Artemisia selengensis is also a common wild vegetable. The rhizome and tender stems of this plant are edible, which have the effect of preventing inflammation and treating constipation. When people cultivate it, they can use cuttings to plant it, keeping a row spacing of ten centimeters and a spacing of five centimeters between plants. The number of plants planted per square meter is about two thousand. During the growing season, it is necessary to provide it with sufficient water, which is especially beneficial to its growth and harvest.
