Fried shrimp with snow peas is delicious

1. When making stir-fried snow peas with shrimp, you need to prepare 300 grams of snow peas, 500 grams of shrimp and 5 grams of shallots. In addition, add appropriate amount of ginger, salt, cooking wine and other seasonings.

2. Dissolve the shrimp in water, remove the shrimp thread on the back, and rinse with clean water. Remove the long threads on both sides of the snow peas, blanch them in boiling water, and drain.

3. Put oil in the pot and heat it, then add the ginger slices. After a while, add the shrimps and stir-fry, then add chopped green onions, salt, cooking wine and other seasonings.

4. After the shrimps in the pot change color, you can add the processed green peas and start stir-frying. After two or three minutes, when the green peas are cooked, you can remove from the pot and serve.

Garlic snow peas are delicious

1. When making the dish of garlic snow peas, you need to prepare 400 grams of snow peas, two heads of garlic, and seasonings such as salt and oil.

2. Remove the stems of the snow peas, cut them into long sections, and blanch them in boiling water. Note that you must add a small amount of salt when blanching the snow peas, so as to ensure that the blanched snow peas do not change color.

3. Remove the skin of garlic and chop it into minced garlic. Then put oil in a pan, heat it and fry the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the blanched snow peas.

4. After putting the snow peas into the pot, stir-fry quickly, then add appropriate amount of salt, stir well and then remove from the pot.
