1. Count out the prepared ingredients. Then mix the glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour evenly.

2. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut it into thin slices and place in a bowl for later use.

3. Put the sliced ​​pumpkin into the microwave and steam it until the pumpkin is soft.

4. Use a spoon to crush the steamed pumpkin slices into a paste, add sugar and stir, then add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour. The ratio of glutinous rice flour to pumpkin should be 1:1.

5. Knead the pumpkin and flour into a smooth dough, then roll it into long strips and divide it into pieces of equal size. Flatten the pieces in your hands. You can add a little red bean paste. Then press them into a pancake shape on a cutting board. If it is too dry, you can add a little milk or water.

6. Coat both sides of the pumpkin pie with sugar.

7. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pan, put in the pumpkin cake, and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown.

8. After taking the pumpkin cake out of the pan, place it on a kitchen napkin to absorb excess oil and then serve.
