How to make potato pancakes

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into small slices of appropriate thickness with a knife, and then put them into a steamer to heat and steam them.

2. Take out the steamed potatoes, press them into mashed potatoes with a small spoon, then add the prepared cooking oil, salt, starch, black pepper, etc., and mix well to make a uniform dough.

3. Use a rolling pin to press the potato dough into small round pieces. Then prepare a small round plate and cut the potato dough into regular circles.

4. Put some flour on the small disc, and then use your hands to make a mouth and eyes on it.

5. Add more oil to the pot, then when the oil temperature reaches about 80 degrees, put the prepared potato noodles in, then turn the heat to medium or low and fry.

6. When both sides of the potato pancakes in the pan are golden brown, you can take them out of the pan.

7. After taking the potato cakes out of the pan, you need to control the oil, and then when the temperature reaches the right level, you can eat them directly. It is best to dip them in a little sweet noodle sauce when eating, which will make the taste better.
