How to make yellow croaker noodles

1. Prepare fresh noodles.

2. Buy a lot of fresh wild small yellow croakers, remove the scales, gills and internal organs, tear off the scalp, and wash them one by one for later use.

3. Take a clean small yellow croaker and place it on the chopping board.

4. Lift the small fin next to the head and cut in with the side knife. Then turn the knife in the other direction and slice off the whole piece of fish meat along the big bone.

5. Slice the fish meat on both sides of all the small yellow croakers as shown in the picture above, and chop the remaining fish bones into small pieces for later use.
