Main ingredients: one fresh eel, 10 cloves of garlic

Ingredients: 1 green onion, 5-6 slices of ginger, 1 sweet orange, 2 chili peppers (optional), 1 coriander

Seasoning: 6 spoons of cooking wine (beer is also OK), half a bowl of water, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 2 spoons of soybean paste, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of pepper powder

How to cook eel with garlic

1. Thaw a frozen eel.

2. Use scissors to cut open the belly, remove the internal organs, and wash off the black film.

3. Cut off the fins on the fish's back.

4. Chop into small pieces of 3 to 4 cm long and marinate with salt, cooking wine and white pepper for 15 minutes.

5. Prepare the ingredients: 10 cloves of garlic, 1 scallion cut into sections, 5-6 slices of ginger, 1 sweet orange (half of it is used as a plate decoration), 2 chili peppers (optional), and 1 coriander.

6. Pour oil into the pan, add garlic and stir-fry when the oil is cold.

7. Stir-fry slowly over low heat until the garlic turns golden brown. Remove from the heat.

8. Add the marinated eel pieces and continue to fry over low heat until the surface is crispy and golden in color.

9. Throw in the scallion segments, ginger slices, and fried garlic and stir-fry together. Add 6 spoons of cooking wine and half a bowl of water to cover the fish.

10. Add 2 spoons of oyster sauce and 2 spoons of soybean paste.
