How to make corn juice

1. Take a sweet corn, remove the silk and rinse it.

2. Use your hands to gently rub the corn kernels off. Be careful not to break them, as the juice will leak out and the corn will not taste good.

3. Put the corn kernels into the soy milk maker and add water to below the water level line.

4. Select the corn juice program button, filter it after blending and you can drink it. If you like sweet drinks, add some rock sugar.

The corn used to make corn juice must be fresh, because the juice is too much. The corn that has been stored for a long time will become pulpy and not tasty. My corn is brought back from my hometown, and I just broke it off from the garden. It is absolutely fresh. And it is best to use fresh sweet corn, which can show the sweetest taste.

Some soymilk machines don't have a button for corn juice, but that's OK. You can choose either the whole bean soymilk button or the five-grain soymilk button. Some people like to use a pot to boil corn juice, but I think it's more convenient to use a soymilk machine. The corn juice made by a soymilk machine is very delicate, and it can fully squeeze out the corn juice, making it taste better.
