2. Take some clean water, dip a toothbrush in it, then clean the crab, brush off all the dirt on the surface, and then wash it again with clean water.

3. Remove the crab shell after washing, cut its body in half from the middle, remove the garlic skin and chop it into minced garlic.

4. Sprinkle the minced garlic on the crab, put the crab into the steamer, put the removed crab claws in together, then put clean water in the pot, cover the pot and turn on the heat to steam. It will be steamed in fifteen minutes.

5. After turning off the heat, take out the crabs from the pot and eat them directly after they cool down. They are very fresh and delicious. Steamed crabs can be eaten directly after they are steamed. No sauce is needed, otherwise the flavor will be reduced and the taste will be affected.
