Method 1 of mushroom rapeseed

1. Heat up a wok, pour in some oil and heat it up, put in the rapeseed, add a little salt (don’t put too much, as there will be mushroom juice in a while), stir-fry until cooked and serve.

2. Heat the wok again, add oil and heat it to 50% hot, add diced mushrooms, stir-fry frequently, but do not add water to avoid a dry wok. The mushrooms will slowly release moisture. Then add salt, soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry until cooked. When you smell the unique aroma of mushrooms, add water starch to thicken, then add MSG to taste, and finally add the fried rapeseed and stir-fry evenly.

Method 2 of mushroom rapeseed

1. Remove the old leaves and roots of the rapeseed, wash with water, and then rinse with hot water and serve. Remove the roots of the mushrooms, wash them, and cut them into four pieces (the number is up to you).

2. Prepare the rapeseed first. Turn on the fire, add a proper amount of oil when the pan is hot, add a little salt and chopped green onion, and pour the rapeseed into the oil after the oil is hot. Stir-fry until it is about 60% to 70% cooked, then remove it, drain the oil and put it on a plate for later use.

3. Turn on the fire again and add cooking oil. When the oil is half hot, add the mushrooms and stir-fry. Add a little salt, chicken essence and soy sauce to let the mushrooms absorb the flavor and color.

4. Continue to stir-fry. When the mushrooms are almost cooked, add the rapeseed that you just prepared into the pan and stir-fry for a few times, then remove from the platter.
