Ingredients for pine nut corn

300g frozen corn kernels, 100g pine nuts;

Ingredients:

1 shallot, 1 green pepper or Hangzhou pepper, 2 red peppers, 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams) of salt, 1/2 teaspoon (3 grams) of sugar, 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of milk;

How to make pine nut corn

1. Take the frozen corn kernels out of the refrigerator and thaw them at room temperature (if you need them urgently, you can thaw them in cold water, but the taste will be slightly worse). Rinse with clean water, drain and set aside. Wash the green and red peppers, cut them diagonally into slices, and do not remove the seeds. Chop the chives.

2. Do not pour oil into the pot, put the pine nuts into the pot, and slowly roast the pine nuts over low heat. When the pine nuts turn slightly yellow and the surface is shiny, take them out and let them cool naturally. 3. Pour oil into the pot and heat it over high heat until it is 70% hot, add the shallots and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the corn kernels, green and red pepper slices, add salt and sugar, stir-fry for about half a minute, pour in the milk and stir well, and when the milk is almost dry, add the pine nuts.

A study by the German Nutrition and Health Association shows that among all staple foods, corn has the highest nutritional value and health benefits. It can prevent heart disease and cancer, and reduce arteriosclerosis and brain function decline. Eating more corn can also inhibit the side effects of anti-cancer drugs on the human body, stimulate brain cells, and enhance brain power and memory.

Food taboos:

When rice becomes moldy, it can produce carcinogens, so moldy corn must never be eaten.
