How to pickle radishes

Ingredients: 100 kg white radish, 1.4 kg chili powder, 500 g licorice powder, 50 g clove powder, 400 g five-spice powder, 15 kg salt, 1 kg sugar, 160 g sodium benzoate

How to make pickled radish:

1. Wash the white radish and put it into a jar. Add a layer of radish and sprinkle a layer of salt. After putting everything in, put a heavy stone on top.

2. After one day, remove the heavy stones and turn the radishes. Take them out after two days to reduce the moisture content of the radishes by 20%.

3. Put the radish into another jar, add a layer of salt, and press heavy stones on top. Marinate for 20 days to reduce the moisture by another 20%, then take out and put into an empty jar.

4. Mix other ingredients together and put them into the radish jar. Turn the radish to make the flavor even. Then seal the jar and it will be ready after one month.
