When cooking yam vegetable porridge, you need to prepare two liters of pork bone soup, 200 grams of yam, 150 grams of rice, three green vegetables, and some salt and pepper.

1. Wash the prepared rice with clean water, and then soak it in clean water for two to three hours. Remove the skin of the prepared yam, cut it into cubes and soak it in clean water to prevent it from changing color due to oxidation.
