Brown rice is a kind of food with high nutritional value, which is rich in various amino acids, minerals and vitamins. Brown rice is a natural food, which is more nutritionally balanced than polished rice. Because brown rice can germinate, we call it live rice in our lives. 1. How to eat brown rice - brown rice porridge

Step 1 : Soak the brown rice overnight in advance.

Step 2 : Remove the pits from the red dates and set aside.

Step 3: Add water to a pot and boil the red beans.

Step 4 : Boil a new pot of water and add the soaked brown rice. The ratio of water to brown rice can be about one to seven.

Step 5 : After the water in the pot boils, add the pre-boiled red beans to the brown rice and stir the two with a spoon.

Step 6 : Add the dates after the porridge boils and stir evenly in the same direction.

Step 7 : Add dried rose flowers and cook the porridge slowly over low heat .

Step 8 : After the porridge thickens, add seasoning .

 

2. Other ways to eat brown rice

In addition to making healthy porridge, brown rice can also be made into brown rice tea by adding water, or made into rice balls with rice. In addition, it is delicious to stew eggs with brown rice, or make taro ribs and brown rice. There are many ways to eat brown rice, and you can change from the various ways mentioned above to more ways.
