How to make sweet and sour porridge

Wash all ingredients, dice carrots, slice tomatoes (diced), and cut lean meat into thin slices or dices.

Take 1 black-bone chicken, 50g glutinous rice, 45g astragalus, 15g angelica and jujube each, 3g cinnamon, and appropriate amount of salt. First, kill the black-bone chicken, remove the hair and internal organs, wash and set aside; then add astragalus, angelica, jujube, and cinnamon to water and boil twice. 30 minutes after the second boiling, take 2000 ml of the juice, put it into a casserole with the black-bone chicken and polished rice, cook porridge together, add appropriate amount of salt, eat the chicken and drink the porridge, 1 to 2 times a week. Eel and Yam Porridge

Take an eel, cut it open and remove the internal organs, add 50 grams of yam and polished rice, and various seasonings in appropriate amounts. First, slice the eel and put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, ginger, onion, and salt, mix well, and cook it with yam and polished rice into porridge and eat it once a day. This porridge can replenish qi and blood, strengthen tendons and bones, and make muscles firm. Regular consumption of this porridge can eliminate fatigue.
