Introduction to Mica Porridge

The "mica porridge" that Bai Juyi ate was made by mixing mica powder with sesame and polished rice. The specific method is to first grind 20-30 grams of mica into fine powder. Then wash 50-100 grams of polished rice, put it into a casserole, add 1000 ml of water, and cook it into a thin porridge. When the porridge is 70% to 80% cooked, add mica powder and appropriate amount of sesame, and continue to cook until the rice is rotten. The above is the daily amount, which can be taken twice in two doses on an empty stomach with warm water or as normal porridge and rice, morning and evening.
