When pickling a whole sour radish, you need to prepare a fresh large white radish, and then prepare an appropriate amount of table salt and sugar, and also some rice vinegar or white vinegar.

How to make pickled whole radish

1. Wash the prepared white radish with clean water, remove the water and surface hair, and then cut it into uniform long strips with a knife. The length and thickness of the radish strips should be about the same as your fingers, and do not need to be too thin.

2. Put the cut radish strips in a large bowl, add table salt and mix well, then marinate. After an hour, the radish in the bowl will release some water. At this time, pour out the radish water, and add appropriate amount of white sugar to marinate. The marinating time should be about one day.

3. After taking out the pickled radish strips, squeeze out the water with your hands, put them in a clean pickle bottle, add the prepared white vinegar and appropriate amount of boiled water, remember to make sure the water covers the radish strips, and then seal the bottle.
