1 liang of Cordyceps sinensis, 4 liang of frog meat, 14 cups of water, 1 cup of rice, a little salt, a little chicken powder

How to make healthy Cordyceps sinensis porridge

1. Wash the frog meat, cut into small pieces and set aside.

2. Take a deep pot, add 14 cups of water and the washed cordyceps and cook for 30 minutes, until 12 cups of water remains. Remove the cordyceps, add the washed rice and continue to cook for 50 minutes. Add the frog meat from step 1 and cook for another 10 minutes. Add seasoning and serve.
