How to make black rice and longan porridge

1. Wash the black rice and soak it in hot water for two hours (because it is not easy to cook); rinse the rice and peel the dried longan;

2. Put water in the pot (if you like it thinner, add more water), add black rice and cook for 15 minutes, then add longan and rice, and cook for half an hour (the longan meat will be very plump after about half an hour of cooking). Add sugar during this period, and keep boiling water if the water is low.
