Red Dates, Tremella and Pumpkin Porridge

Recently, I read Teacher Xiao Ni Ni's book about this pumpkin porridge, and I tried making it myself. It's delicious. The effects are: beautifying, slimming, and helping defecation (laughs). It can be used as a staple food or to cleanse the stomach. I highly recommend Mina-san to try it.

Ingredients for Red Dates, Tremella and Pumpkin Porridge

Small or medium pumpkin (1 piece)/red dates (4-6 pieces)/white fungus (1 piece)/coix seed (appropriate amount)/lotus seeds (appropriate amount, a little more is OK)/dried lily (appropriate amount, a little)/wolfberry (appropriate amount, 4-6 pieces) sugar/granulated sugar/rock sugar (sugar is better~)

How to make red dates, white fungus and pumpkin porridge

1. Prepare a pressure cooker and soak other ingredients while cutting pumpkin: red dates, lotus seeds, coix seeds, dried lily bulbs, white fungus

2. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces/slices (try to make it as thin as possible so it is easier to cook)

3. Spread the chopped pumpkin in the pressure cooker, and then put red dates, radish, coix seeds, dried lily, wolfberry (white fungus is not needed) in turn. Add almost twice the amount of water, close the lid, cook on high heat for about 20 minutes, and then turn off the heat.

4. After the pressure cooker has released steam, add the white fungus and sugar, stir. When the water is almost dry, turn off the heat and enjoy.

Tips

However, if you eat pumpkin continuously for a long time, your face will turn yellow, so don’t eat it too often~~PS: Adding coix seed can reduce edema, but you have to handle it well, because it will be quite bitter and difficult to swallow~ You can add more lotus seeds~~~It’s delicious~ Add white fungus slowly to keep its crispness~~
