(2) 8 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper

How to make scallion and lean meat porridge

1. Wash the rice, add 8 cups of water and soak for 20 minutes, move to the stove and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat to cook the porridge.

2. Cut the lean meat into thin slices, mix with seasoning (1) and marinate briefly; peel and shred the white radish, add it to the rice when it is soft, and cook until cooked, then add the meat slices and cook together.

3. Add salt and pepper, turn off the heat, sprinkle with the washed and diced green onions and serve.
