Ingredients for Chinese Yam and Chicken Porridge

(1) 100 grams of fresh yam, 11/2 cups of rice, 100 grams of chicken breast, a little black sesame seeds, and a little celery.

(2) 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 egg white, 1/2 teaspoon starch, 6 red dates, yam

How to make yam and chicken porridge
