How to make daylily and mushroom nutritious porridge

1. Soak the dried daylily in warm water for about 20 minutes and wash it two or three times;

2. Put the rice into a basin and soak it in clean water for 30 minutes

3. Wash the fresh mushrooms you bought with running water (dried mushrooms need to be soaked in warm water like dried day lily)

4. Separate the shreds and caps of fresh shiitake mushrooms

5. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, heat over low heat, and add mushrooms.

6. After 2 minutes, add bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, salt and chicken essence into the pot.

7.5 minutes later, add dried day lily

8. Cook until the aroma comes out and remove the bay leaves, star anise and cinnamon

9. Drain the soaked rice

10. Put it into the soup pot

11. Slice the ham

12. Put it in the pot, turn to medium heat and cover and cook for 30 minutes

13. After 30 minutes, put the shredded lettuce into the pot and cook for 1 minute. The delicious day lily and mushroom porridge is ready.
