Glutinous Rice and Mulberry Leaf Porridge

Glutinous rice is also suitable for diabetics because of its high calorie content and low glycemic index, but people with poor digestive function should eat less glutinous rice. Yesterday, Liu Yanjun, an international senior registered nutritionist, recommended four foods made with glutinous rice to the public.

Glutinous rice mulberry leaf porridge: 50g glutinous rice, 10-15g mulberry leaves. Wash the mulberry leaves, soak them in water and cook them for a while, then use the boiled mulberry leaf water to cook porridge. People with mild night sweats can see the effect after 3-4 days of consumption, and those with severe night sweats can see the effect after one week of consumption.

Glutinous rice, yellow wine and egg custard: 500g glutinous rice, 1000ml yellow wine, 2 eggs. Put the three ingredients in a bowl and steam them. Yellow wine can promote blood circulation, and eggs contain protein. Eating 1 to 2 times a day has a certain effect on those who are weak and tired.

Glutinous rice lily porridge: The best ratio of glutinous rice, lily and lotus seeds is 4:1:1. Wash and dry the glutinous rice, lily and lotus seeds. When the water in the pot is about to boil, put the three ingredients in. After the water boils again, switch to low heat and simmer. Finally, you can add white sugar (7073,84.00,1.20%) or rock sugar. Women can add brown sugar, which has a certain effect on treating spleen deficiency. Sweet osmanthus glutinous rice and lotus root: Osmanthus, glutinous rice, and lotus root in appropriate amounts. Choose a thicker lotus root, wash the three ingredients, use the lotus root joint as an incision, divide the lotus root into sections, then stuff the glutinous rice into the lotus root eyes and fill it up, fix it with toothpicks, put it in water and cook, and when the lotus root is almost cooked, add rock sugar and osmanthus, which can play a role in promoting blood circulation and moistening the throat.
