Rose porridge

Rose porridge

I think many of my friends have already heard about some knowledge about rose porridge. Please see the detailed introduction below.

Rose porridge

Roses are rich in vitamins A, C, B, E, K, and tannic acid, which can improve endocrine disorders and help eliminate fatigue and wound healing. They can regulate qi and blood, regulate female physiological problems, promote blood circulation, beautify, regulate menstruation, promote diuresis, soothe gastrointestinal nerves, prevent wrinkles, prevent frostbite, and beautify the skin. When you are tired and sore, it is also very suitable to take some for massage. Cherries fight anemia and promote blood production. Cherries have a high iron content, ranking first among all kinds of fruits.

Iron is the raw material for synthesizing human hemoglobin and myoglobin. It plays an important role in human immunity, protein synthesis and energy metabolism. It is also closely related to brain and nerve function, aging process, etc. Regular consumption of cherries can supplement the body's demand for iron and promote hemoglobin regeneration. It can prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia, strengthen the body, and improve brain function. Although the protein in polished rice only accounts for 7%, it is still an important source of protein because of the large amount of food consumed. Polished rice contains a relatively comprehensive range of essential amino acids for the human body, as well as fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron, B vitamins and other nutrients.
