How much do you know about the method of making rose porridge? Please see the detailed introduction below, I hope you like it.

Rose porridge

Long-term consumption of roses can not only give people a fresh body fragrance, but also promote blood circulation, making the skin ruddy and beautiful. To make rose porridge, we generally use dehydrated small rose buds that have not yet opened (available in supermarkets and tea shops). All the rose essence is "contained" in the buds that have not yet opened. Use fresh polished rice and glutinous rice to make porridge, add an appropriate amount of fresh rose buds after cooking, and eat it when the porridge turns pink. Regular consumption of rose porridge can make people look pleasing and make the skin more delicate and well-proportioned. It can also treat stomachache caused by liver qi stagnation, and has a calming, soothing and anti-depressant effect on emotions.
