Ingredients: 60 grams of fresh peony flowers (10-20 grams of dried ones), 50 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of white sugar.

How to make peony porridge

First cook the rice porridge. After the porridge has boiled 1 to 2 times, add the peony flowers and continue cooking. When the porridge is cooked, add sugar and mix well.

Usage: Take on an empty stomach, twice a day.
