Ingredients: 1 fresh carp (about 150 grams), 100 grams of glutinous rice.

How to make carp porridge

1. Remove the scales and internal organs of the carp, boil the soup, and when the fish is cooked, remove the fish and use the fish soup and glutinous rice to cook porridge.

2. Eat fish and drink porridge once a day, for 7 consecutive days as a course of treatment.

Introduction to the efficacy of carp porridge

Efficacy: It has the effects of warming the middle and strengthening the spleen, promoting qi and promoting water. It is suitable for Yin water. Symptoms include repeated increases and decreases of edema, especially below the waist, depression that is difficult to recover when pressed, abdominal distension, poor appetite and loose stools, sallow complexion, fatigue and cold limbs, scanty urination, pale tongue, white and slippery tongue coating, and slow pulse.

Special reminder: It is not suitable to eat after suffering from febrile disease.

Carp is also known as Fengli, red carp, purse carp, scale carp, mirror carp, etc. Carp contains a lot of protein, iron, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, vitamins and other ingredients.
